- From the M3 take the M27 (west)
towards Bornemouth.
- The M27 then becomes the A31 which you follow
and pass the Ringwood exit and take the A338 road to Bournemouth.
- Follow the A338 right to the end (this is actually in Poole,
and ends at a large roundabout which has on it the Liverpool
and Victoria Insurance Co building).
- Take the 3rd exit (The Avenue) which is signposted to Beaches,
Compton Acres and Sandbanks (warning the first, small, exit
from the roundabout is for buses only).
- Drive down The Avenue, straight throught the traffic lights
and then take the first left (Tower Road).
- First left again is Herbert Road.
